Vintage Sofa Shines Like New!

I purchased a vintage mid-century sofa and wanted to give it a thorough cleaning without damaging the 60’s upholstery, which was still in excellent shape. I called Mark of Premium Carpet Care and explained my situation and he was up front and honest about the fact that he would want to look at it before determining the best course to clean it, which he did.
He called the day before the scheduled appointment — a courtesy reminder which was much appreciated. He showed up at our house right on time and he graciously let me give him a tour of our historic home (our pride and joy).
While here to do the sofa, I also had him spot clean a loveseat, clean a recliner, and clean the carpet on our stairs. He did a wonerful job of everything. He was professional, thorough, qualified, and genuinely nice — all the qualities you would want of someone coming into your home. The banter and conversations we had while he was here working really added joy to my day as we shared interests in comedians, antiques, restaurants, and more. It is clear that Mark not only cares about his business, but about his Premium Carpet Care customers.
He explained to me the process for each of the cleaning jobs I had asked him to do, set the expectations, and asked if I had any questions before he got to work.
I am quite pleased with the job he did and my overall experience with Premium Carpet Care was excellent. I would recommend Mark and Premium Carpet Care a hundred times over for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.
